No-bake peanut granola bars

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g peanut butter
  • 170 g honey
  • 200 g oat flakes, fine
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp raisins
  • 4 tsp candy (chocolate crunchy)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes

Makes approx. 12 bars, for a square springform pan 20 x 20 cm

Combine the peanut butter and honey in a small saucepan. Gently heat gently while stirring and mix well. In a large bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, raisins, chocolate crunchy, and salt. Add the nut-honey mixture and mix everything with your hands. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased, 20 x 20 cm square springform pan or a shallow casserole dish and level the surface. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Then cut into bars. For a quick snack.
