wholesome, simple, fast

Preheat oven to 170°C fan/convection oven. Knead all ingredients, except the milk and the seeds (or seeds for sprinkling), with a dough hook or by hand. Ideally, let them rise overnight, or use pre-soaked chia seeds. Form the dough into 9 balls (75g each) and flatten them slightly on a baking sheet. Brush the rolls with the milk and scatter the seeds, grains, etc., on top, pressing them down lightly. Bake for about 15 minutes (use a toothpick to test the dough). They taste best warm.
