Pasta bake quick and easy

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 200 g mozzarella, grated
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 can corn, or kidney beans, or bell peppers, or mixed
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Chop the onions, garlic, and chili and sauté. Dice the tomatoes and add them. Add the passata and cream. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and basil. Bring to a boil briefly. Stir in the pasta. Transfer everything to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 30-35 minutes, depending on the type of pasta.
