Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 large mushrooms (giant mushrooms)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • some parsley
  • possibly baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with minced meat

Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Mix the remaining ingredients (except the cheese) and stuff them into the mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with baguette for a delicious main course.
