Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 rolls (Vinschgauer), halved
  • 2 slices ham, diced
  • 2 slices of salami, diced
  • 2 slice(s) cheese, diced
  • 4 medium-sized mushrooms, diced
  • 150 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ tsp oregano, freshly chopped
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the Vinschgauer sausage and season to taste. Spread the mixture over the Vinschgauer sausage and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 12 minutes.
