Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 rolls (Vinschgauer), halved
- 2 slices ham, diced
- 2 slices of salami, diced
- 2 slice(s) cheese, diced
- 4 medium-sized mushrooms, diced
- 150 ml cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ tsp oregano, freshly chopped
- chili powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
spicy
Combine all ingredients except the Vinschgauer sausage and season to taste. Spread the mixture over the Vinschgauer sausage and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 12 minutes.
