Tarte flambée pizza tomato

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g wholemeal flour
  • 100 g water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • some yeast, optional
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ can pizza tomatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 sprig(s) oregano, freshly chopped
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • ½ ball of mozzarella
  • 80 g feta cheese
  • ½ small zucchini
  • ½ small bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 small onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wholesome

Mix the dough ingredients and knead until smooth. Let rest briefly. Make the pizza sauce from the listed ingredients and season to taste. Slice the mozzarella and feta relatively finely or thinly. Peel and dice the bell peppers. Peel and grate the onion. Grate the zucchini as well. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius. Divide the dough into two pieces and roll out into a circle. Bake the dough without topping for 2 minutes, then remove and turn over. Spread the pizza sauce on top and top with the topping. Bake for another 10-12 minutes, until everything is cooked to your liking. Serve fresh.
