Zebra Cake

- 380 g Flour

- 400 g Whipped cream
- 1 Can Tangerines a 315 ml

- Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in the oil and mineral water. Fold in 350 g flour and baking powder. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C (fan oven 130 ° C).
- Divide the dough. Stir cocoa powder into one half. Stir 30 g of flour into the light dough. Place the dough alternately tablespoon by tablespoon in a 26 cm greased springform pan. Put the doughs on top of each other, not side by side. Bake for about 70 minutes (do a stick test), let cool and then cut in half horizontally.
- Drain the tangerines. Catch the juice and stir into the sour cream with paradise cream. Fold in the tangerines.
- Cover the lower base with a cake ring, spread the cream, place on the upper base. Whip the whipped cream until stiff, spread the cake.
