Pasta Salad with Cheese
The perfect pasta salad with cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Marinade:
- 300 g Poultry meat sausage
- 100 g Onion
- 300 g Pickled cucumber pickled. drained
- 250 g Gouda in one piece
- 500 g Miracel Whip balance
- 100 ml Wine vinegar
- 12 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Salt
- Pepper
- Skin the sausage, cut into cubes not quite 1 cm in size. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Cut the cucumber into smaller cubes than the sausage. Cut the cheese into 1 cm cubes.
- For the marinade, mix all the ingredients together well and combine with the pasta and other ingredients in a larger bowl. The salad should be well chilled for at least 1 day and night.
- Before serving, take the salad out of the refrigerator for 1 – 2 hours and let it reach room temperature. Then mix well again and season to taste. It should be piquant and spicy. Possibly add a little more ketchup and cucumber water.
