Chicory salad with mandarins

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicory
  • 2 tangerines
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp orange juice (concentrate)
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. sugar
  • 2 tsp walnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut off the bottom of the chicory and tear the leaves. Peel the mandarins and cut them into wedges, making sure to remove the white pith (you can also use canned mandarins if necessary). Mix together the crème fraîche, orange juice concentrate, salt, pepper, and sugar. Arrange the salad with the mandarins on two plates. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve sprinkled with the chopped walnuts.
