Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 rolls
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 pack of Knorr Naturally Delicious Chili con Carne (seasoning base)
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can of corn
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 shot of oil
- 4 slices of cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
with spice base
Brown the minced meat in oil in a pan for about 10 minutes. Then pour 300 ml of water over the minced meat, stir in the seasoning, and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, wash and chop the bell peppers and add them. Then add the beans and corn. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes and stir well. Then place the chili con carne on the bread roll. Then place the cheese, either whole slices or chopped, over the bread roll. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the bread roll for about 5-10 minutes, so the cheese melts slightly.
