Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), approx. 150 g pulp
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 ml milk, cold (1.5%)
  • 250 ml sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Puree the banana flesh with the sugar, lemon juice, and milk for 2-3 minutes. Then whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture. Carefully pour the banana ice cream into ice cube trays and freeze in the freezer for about 4 hours. Remove the ice cubes from the container, transfer them to a freezer bag, and return them to the freezer until ready to use. Tip: This also goes perfectly with cold cocoa in the summer.
