Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small onion(s)
- 300 g minced beef
- 1 egg(s)
- 60 g oat flakes
- 1 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
- salt and pepper
- margarine
Instructions

a hit for kids, super healthy, makes about 20 small meatballs
Peel and finely chop the onion. Combine the minced meat with the onion, egg, oats, and parsley in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and form into walnut-sized balls. Heat the margarine in a pan and fry the balls until browned on all sides.
