Chicken wings

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 dashes of Tabasco
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Wash the chicken wings and pat dry. For the marinade, combine all ingredients and season to taste. If you like it a little spicier, use hot ketchup, hot paprika, and/or more Tabasco. Coat the wings well in the marinade and let them sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or longer if desired, so the marinade can better absorb the marinade. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Then bake the wings on the lowest rack for 15 minutes, turn them over, and return them to the oven for another 15 minutes. Check occasionally to make sure nothing burns. Enjoy.
