Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 large mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 6 Maultaschen (Ready-made product)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some cream cheese
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Simple, quick, easy, delicious

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Dice the onions and fry them with the mushrooms in a little fat. Dice the Maultaschen and add them. Season with salt and pepper. Divide among the plates and garnish each with a dollop of cream cheese.
