Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 point yeast, dry baker’s yeast
  • 100 g raisins or sultanas

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dough prepared in the BBA, then baked conventionally in the oven

Rinse the raisins with hot water and let them drain. Add the other ingredients one at a time to the bread maker’s pan. Select the “Dough” setting and let the dough prepare. When the audible signal sounds to indicate that more dough ingredients need to be added, add the raisins. Once the dough preparation process is complete, shape the dough into a plait and place it in a greased 25 cm loaf pan. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). If the oven is hot enough, the dough should have risen sufficiently. Brush the surface of the dough with canned or fresh milk. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
