Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare the batter. Mix the sugar, flour, salt, lemon zest, and butter together until a nice batter forms. Pour the batter into a casserole or tart dish of your choice. Place it in the oven for about 20 minutes. The crust should be lightly browned, but not too brown. Let the crust cool. Meanwhile, heat the cream until just below boiling point. Cut the chocolate into large pieces and mix it into the hot cream until it is completely dissolved. Mix in the vanilla. Pour this mixture onto the cooled crust. Let the cake cool for at least two hours. Then start on the caramel sauce. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of butter and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring until it is slightly browned, then stir in the whipped cream. Heat for 30-60 seconds while stirring. Now pour it onto the cooled tart.
