Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g cherries
- 125 g butter
- 240 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 260 g flour
- 1 pack of pudding powder

easy and fast
First, beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, and eggs on high speed for about 1 minute until creamy. Stir in the yogurt, flour, and baking powder. Finally, briefly stir the custard powder into the mixture and pour into a greased springform pan. Arrange the cherries on top and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. If the cake gets too dark, simply cover with aluminum foil.
