Apple – banana – oatmeal – porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 20 g oat flakes
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

For babies from approx. 6 months

Soak the oats in water for 5-10 minutes. Drain any excess water. In the meantime, peel and core the apple, then puree it as much as you like (for a 6-month-old baby, use the whole thing; from about 8 months onwards, small pieces are fine). Peel the banana, add it to the apple, and puree briefly again. Then stir in the oats.
