Simple variable quiche

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • some salt and pepper
  • some broth
  • 200 g cheese
  • some fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a greased baking dish. Mix the sour cream and eggs together in a large bowl. Wash, deseed, and finely chop the bell peppers. Slice the spring onions and the mushrooms, then add them to the egg and sour cream mixture along with the bell peppers. Season with salt, pepper, and stock to taste. Spread the mixture onto the puff pastry and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for approximately 20-30 minutes. Alternatively, you can use corn, tomatoes, zucchini, finely chopped meat, or spinach as toppings.
