Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, half and half
- 2 onions
- salt and pepper
- 6 hamburger buns or 8 hot dog buns
- 10 slices of cheddar cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
First, fry the minced meat with salt and pepper until crumbly. Then add the diced onions and fry for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, cut open the rolls and place the bottoms in a baking dish. Spread the minced meat mixture on the rolls and top with the cheese and the tops. Place the baking dish in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 25 minutes.
