Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 250 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g nuts, ground (almonds or hazelnuts)
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 small jar of apple compote
- 300 g muesli, crunchy muesli (no chocolate)
- 200 g jelly, apple jelly (alternatively: apricot jam)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
All-in-one dough, sheet cake
Mix flour, butter, sugar, eggs, nuts, and baking powder into a dough. Spread onto a greased baking sheet. Spread with the compote. Then scatter the crunchy muesli on top. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. Once cooled, bring the remaining ingredients to a boil briefly and spread over the cake.
