Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 large peaches, approx. 300 g
  • 700 g plum(s)
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Wash, pit, and puree the plums and peaches. The fruit should weigh a total of one kilogram. Place them in a saucepan with the gelling sugar, bring to a boil, and simmer for three minutes. Then pour the mixture into clean jars while still hot, screw on the lids, and turn them upside down for 20-30 minutes.
