Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g peach(s), from the can
  • 300 g mango(s), peeled and pitted
  • 150 ml passion fruit juice
  • 330 g gelling sugar, 3:1
  • 1 pack of vanilla flavor
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 50 ml Liqueur 43

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Own creation of the fruity long drink in jam form

Cut the mango and peaches into small pieces, mix in a bowl (the total should be 800g), and puree to taste, depending on how chunky you like your jam. Then mix with the sugar, vanilla extract, passion fruit juice, and lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring and simmer for 4 minutes. Add the liqueur and bring back to a boil briefly. Once the jam has set, pour it into prepared jars and seal immediately. Let the jars stand upside down for about 15 minutes.
