Mussel Pasta with Minced Feta Cheese

The perfect mussel pasta with minced feta cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 800 g Chopped tomatoes (can)
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 250 g Minced meat
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dried oregano
  • 200 g Clam noodles
  • 100 g Sheep cheese
  1. Peel shallots and garlic and chop finely. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add shallots and garlic and fry for about 1-2 minutes. Add 400 g tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and oregano. Cook the mussel noodles in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until they are firm to the bite.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160). Drain and drain the pasta. Crumble the feta into small pieces and add to the tomato mince mixture. Season 400 g tomatoes with salt and pepper, place in a baking dish and distribute evenly. Pasta Fill with the mixture and place in the tomatoes.
  3. Baked mussel noodles with minced feta cheese in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Arrange on plates and serve.
