Mussel Pasta with Minced Feta Cheese
The perfect mussel pasta with minced feta cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 800 g Chopped tomatoes (can)
- 2 Shallots
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 250 g Minced meat
- Salt and pepper
- Dried oregano
- 200 g Clam noodles
- 100 g Sheep cheese
- Peel shallots and garlic and chop finely. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add shallots and garlic and fry for about 1-2 minutes. Add 400 g tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and oregano. Cook the mussel noodles in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until they are firm to the bite.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160). Drain and drain the pasta. Crumble the feta into small pieces and add to the tomato mince mixture. Season 400 g tomatoes with salt and pepper, place in a baking dish and distribute evenly. Pasta Fill with the mixture and place in the tomatoes.
- Baked mussel noodles with minced feta cheese in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Arrange on plates and serve.
