12 sweet mini burgers with Nutella, banana, cinnamon and kiwi
For the mini burger buns: Heat 150 ml of milk in a saucepan. Add the yeast and let it dissolve. Knead 225 g of flour, salt, 50 g of sugar, 60 g of softened butter, and the milk with the yeast into a dough. When the dough is soft, cover with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Then knead the dough again briefly and form 12 small balls. These should be the size of a golf ball. Place the balls in (silicone) molds and brush with the remaining (50 ml) of milk. Then decorate the burgers with (sugar) sprinkles and let them rise for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the burgers for about 20 minutes. For the topping: Peel the bananas and cut into small slices. Peel the kiwis and also cut into slices. Cut the burgers open and spread Nutella on all sides. Top each burger with banana slices drizzled with cinnamon and a slice of kiwi. The Nubaziki mini burgers are now ready to serve.
