Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 grapefruit(s), pink-fleshed
  • 5 oranges
  • 500 g apricot(s), ripe
  • 2 packets of gelling sugar (2:1)
  • ¼ liter juice (multivitamin juice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Multivitamin jam, makes about 8 jars

Pit the apricots, segment the grapefruit and oranges, and place them in a large pot. Set aside the segments of 1 grapefruit and 1 orange each. Squeeze the juice from the citrus fruit and add it to the pot. Top up with about 1/4 liter of multivitamin juice (so that the total yield is 2 kilos). Add the gelling sugar to the pot and blend everything while heating. Then add the segments you set aside to the pot and let everything simmer for 4 minutes. While the jam is still hot, pour it into jars and briefly turn them upside down.
