Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey strips
- 1 large onion(s), diced
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 tbsp flour
- curry powder
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 200 g yogurt
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Brown the turkey strips and onions and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the broth, add the flour, curry powder, and tomato paste, and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the crème fraîche and yogurt and heat briefly. Season again with salt, pepper, and curry powder before serving. Serve with rice.
