Strawberry-Mango-Hugo Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 100 ml sparkling wine (Hugo)
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small pieces. Place both in a blender and puree. Pour the pureed mixture into a saucepan and add the gelling sugar. Bring to a boil. Pour in the Hugo. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour into rinsed jars and seal immediately.
