  • 500 g gelling sugar 1:1
  • 2 stalk(s) vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 sprig(s) mint, Moroccan

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

makes about 4 small glasses

Wash and chop the strawberries, and place them in a saucepan. Scrape the seeds from the two vanilla pods and add them to the strawberries. Finely chop the Moroccan mint leaves and add them, then puree everything. Then add the gelling sugar and stir in. Bring to a boil while stirring and let it simmer for a few minutes. Rinse the jars with hot water to prevent them from cracking when the hot jam is poured in. Pour the hot jam into the prepared jars. Screw the lids back on, turn them upside down, and after about 30 minutes, turn them over.
