Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 200 g ham
  • 1 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces along with the ham. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, Miracle Whip, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix. Then add the eggs and ham. Stir again. This champagne breakfast tastes best served on a baguette.
