Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 200 g ham
  • 100 g cheese, spicy
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

delicious side dish

Cook the potatoes until slightly cooked, then peel and halve them. Hollow out each half and place in a greased baking dish. Dice the hollowed-out potatoes and the ham. Finely grate the cheese and mix with the crème fraîche in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Fill the potatoes with the mixture. Bake the potatoes in the oven at 150°C until they develop a light crust. The potatoes taste great as a side dish, but also make a main course with a fresh salad. If you have any leftover potato mixture, you can spread it on toast and bake it.
