Fluffy Apple Fritters

The perfect fluffy apple fritters recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 0,5 Pc. Lemon
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 25 g Flour
  • 1 Pc. Apple
  • A pinch of sAlt
  • Sunflower oil for deep-frying
  1. First, break the egg, add sugar and the zest of half a lemon. Mix everything with the hand mixer.
  2. Add salt, milk and flour and grate an apple into the batter. Leave the apple peel on! Mix again with the hand mixer.
  3. Fill a saucepan with sunflower oil and heat the oil. Then add tablespoon-sized heaps of the batter to the hot oil. Bake the dough. When it is golden yellow, the donuts are ready.
