Banana-nectarine jam with dried mangoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g banana(s)
  • 210 g nectarine(s)
  • 20 g mango(s), dried
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 300 g gelling sugar, 1:1
  • 200 g sugar, normal

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

makes 2 glasses of 340 ml each

Peel and slice the bananas, and place them in a saucepan. Core the nectarines, cut them into small cubes, and add them to the saucepan. Finely chop the mangos and add them to the saucepan. Add the lemon juice, stir thoroughly, and turn the heat up to high. Stir in all the sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Stir frequently. Test for set and pour the jam into twist-off jars while still hot. The cellar is best for storage.
