Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g strawberries, prepared and weighed
- 100 g mango(s), frozen, unsweetened
- 300 g gelling agent with xylitol (sugar substitute)

Roughly dice the hulled, stemmed strawberries and place them in a tall saucepan with the diced, thawed mangoes. Blend. Stir in the gelling agent and bring the mixture to a boil. Boil gently for about 3 minutes, stirring continuously, according to the package instructions. Pour the fruit spread into prepared, sterilized jars while still hot and seal. Please follow the instructions on the gelling agent packaging.
