Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g apricot(s)
  • 750 g nectarine(s)
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 3:1
  • 4 cl schnapps (mirabelle plum)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes

Pit and chop the apricots and nectarines, add the mirabelle plum brandy and sugar, and let it steep for 4 hours. Then bring everything to a rolling boil for 5-6 minutes, then immediately pour into the prepared jars and seal the lids.
