Nutella substitute low in fructose

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine, e.g. Rama
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 g sweetener (Sukrin)
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 40 g hazelnuts, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Melt the margarine. First, stir in the milk, then the remaining ingredients. Whisk with a hand blender (whipping disc). Pour into a jam jar and store in the refrigerator. I don’t know how long this Nutella substitute will keep. We use it up after a week at the most. Tip: To make the vanilla sugar, I mix 100g of Sukrin with some ground Bourbon vanilla.
