Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g flour, (405)
  • 100 ml beer, light
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Universally applicable for frying fish, meat, vegetables and fruit.

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Then toss in the fruit, vegetables, fish, or meat, as desired, and place it in a deep fryer or a pan with plenty of hot oil (it doesn’t have to be swimming, but it shouldn’t be touching the surface either). Fry until the pastry shell is golden brown.
