Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 8 large zucchini flowers
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 cup(s) herbs, fresh, chopped or frozen
- some paprika powder
- some herbal salt
- some pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the flowers thoroughly and break off the pistils. Mix the cottage cheese, cream cheese, and herbs well. Place the filling inside the flower using a teaspoon. Gently twist the petals together to seal the flower. This goes well with buttered white bread.
