Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 5 g curd
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

Peel the cucumber, slice it lengthwise, and remove the flesh. Grate the cucumber and add it to the quark. Add the oil, salt, and crushed garlic and let it sit for 6 hours.
