Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- ⅛ liter vegetable broth
- 100 g tomatoes, pureed
- 100 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp mustard
- Garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Season the turkey schnitzel with salt and pepper, brown it on both sides in oil in a non-stick pan, remove it, add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms and the diced onion, and fry. Deglaze with broth and add the passata, stir in the mustard, and place the schnitzel on top and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the schnitzel, add milk, salt, pepper, and season with garlic. Serve with pasta or rice.
