Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 240 g pasta (macaroni), dry
- Salt
- 3 zucchinis
- 1 tsp margarine (low-fat)
- pepper
- 150 g low-fat yogurt
- 125 ml milk, 1.5%
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp chives, in rings
- Paprika powder
- 6 tbsp cheese, grated (32%)

First, cook the pasta in salted water. Then, thinly slice the zucchini. Grease a baking dish with margarine. Alternate the pasta and zucchini in the baking dish and season with pepper. Combine the yogurt, milk, eggs, and chives and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread the mixture over the casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 35 minutes.
