Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g pasta, preferably penne, ribbons, or other short pasta that absorbs sauce well
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 50 g processed cheese, reduced fat
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 60 ml low-fat milk
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- ½ bunch parsley
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
low-calorie, vegetarian pasta casserole for 1 person
Cook pasta in salted water. Dice vegetables and cook in vegetable broth until tender. Add seasonings, pasta, and chunks of processed cheese. Pour a sauce made from sour cream and milk into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
