Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g pasta, dry
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 8 tbsp sour cream (light)
  • 200 g arugula
  • salt and pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Combine the juice of one lemon with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and the finely sliced ​​chili pepper. Let it simmer. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the marinade. Add the diced bell pepper and cook. Fold in the noodles and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the sour cream and toss with the arugula. Serve immediately.
