Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, soft
  • Butter for the baking sheets
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 100 g cheese, grated (e.g. Gouda)
  • 100 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Grease four baking sheets. Sift flour and salt into a large bowl. Stir in the curry, cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Rub in the butter with your fingers and knead everything into a soft dough. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough thinly into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Using a 5 cm diameter cookie cutter, cut out 40 round cookies. Distribute the cookies among the prepared baking sheets and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let the finished cookies cool briefly on the sheets. Then cool completely on a wire rack until crisp.
