Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml carrot juice
- 200 ml tomato juice
- 1 tbsp sour cream, or Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp herbs, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped, preferably frozen
- 1 piece(s) ginger, a small piece, grated
- 1 tsp spice paste (Tikka Masala), OR:
- ½ tsp curry paste, red
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Combine everything except the sour cream in a shaker and shake well. Heat in the microwave as desired. Add the sour cream only after heating! Tip: You can also take it to the office in a shaker and heat it up in the microwave at lunchtime.
