Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml carrot juice
  • 200 ml tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp sour cream, or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp herbs, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped, preferably frozen
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, a small piece, grated
  • 1 tsp spice paste (Tikka Masala), OR:
  • ½ tsp curry paste, red
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Combine everything except the sour cream in a shaker and shake well. Heat in the microwave as desired. Add the sour cream only after heating! Tip: You can also take it to the office in a shaker and heat it up in the microwave at lunchtime.
