Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 handful of diced ham (Katenschinken)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 230 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 60 g butter
  • 180 g sour cream
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated
  • Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

makes 20 muffins

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Chop the onion and sauté it in oil with the ham and corn. Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, Fondor, butter, sour cream, milk, and eggs. Fold in the corn, ham, onion, and cheese. Pour the mixture into baking dishes and bake for 20-25 minutes.
