Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g spelt flour type 1050
- 300 ml milk, 3.5% fat
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pack of cream of tartar baking powder
- 2 tbsp date syrup
- 1 pack of vanilla (Finesse)
- Coconut oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until a creamy, runny batter forms. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fry the pancakes in batches in a non-stick pan with coconut oil. This makes approximately 7-8 medium-sized pancakes.
