Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 240 ml buttermilk or milk
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Here’s how: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, buttermilk, and oil, then stir into the flour mixture. In a greased pan, cook 4 small, approximately 1 cm thick pancakes each. Place banana slices on top and flip briefly until browned.
