- 20 g flour (chestnut flour)

- 80 ml milk
- Salt
- 5 g sugar, if necessary
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the milk until smooth. Stir in the egg, salt, and sugar, if desired. Fry thin pancakes in a pan with a little butter. These chestnut pancakes or chestnut crêpes are delicious filled with creamed vegetables or can also be eaten as a dessert.
